Last Saturday, the City hosted its 8th Annual Winter Carnival at AD Penner Park. About 250 participants came out to take part in a fantastic day of skating, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides!
“Our staff always does a fantastic job creating a warm-up shelter and preparing the park for the snowboarders and skaters," said Parks and Rec Programmer, Jason Peters. "We look forward to a bigger and better event every year."
The Winter Carnival is put on by the City of Steinbach for both Steinbach residents and residents of the surrounding area.
