Full Facility Admission entitles you to one indoor swim time and unlimited outdoor use from 11:30-9:00 pm, Mon-Fri. However, once you exit the facility, you must pay again to re-enter. If space permits, you may upgrade from the Outdoor Facility Access to Entire Facility Access for the extra cost. |

* Memberships for 10, 11 and 12 months are eligible to register for either locker service and/or other additional programs (i.e. aquacise, masters, swimming lessons).
For Youth and Adult memberships, locker service or other programs cost an additional $10 / month. Both locker service and other programs are available at a fee of $20 / month.
For Family memberships, locker service or other programs cost an additional $30 / month. Both locker service and other programs are available at a fee of $50 / month.

- 10 ticket passes are transferable and do not expire. However, they are not eligible for refunds.
- All monthly memberships are not transferable.
- Memberships are not retroactive.
- All memberships include regularly scheduled maintenance and holidays.
- Refunds for monthly memberships are calculated based on the number of full months not used.
- Memberships do not guarantee entrance to any public swim, lap swim or programs.
- As a membership holder, you will receive a card with its own individual barcode.
- To gain entrance to the pool, please wait in line. When it is your turn, simply swipe the barcode in front of the scanner at the reception desk. When you hear a beep, you know that your card has been swiped properly.
- Please do not swipe your card for public or school swimming lessons as the instructor will mark attendance.
- Should your card be lost or stolen, please let us know immediately. We can put a freeze on your card so it cannot be reused.
- Replacement cards may be subject to an $8.00 administration fee.
- Once your pass is either used up or expired, please hold onto your card. If you would like another pass (the same or different) at a later time, your card will be reactivated at the time of that purchase.
- Cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard are accepted methods of payment.
- For any refund processed, there is an $8 administration fee.
- In lieu of a refund, you may choose to have the refund credited to your account to use at a later date. This can be used for any membership, lessons or public swim. There will be no administration fee charged for applying credit to an account.
- Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment when possible. Cheques will be issued for larger cash refunds (any amount over $25).
- Refunds will not be retroactive.
- Pre-booked Swim Passes can be refunded or exchanged up until the start of the scheduled booking.
- Lesson Withdrawals: Withdrawals from lessons should be made as soon as possible. If the class has started, a refund or credit on account will be granted from the time of the withdrawal request. If a participant withdraws from a swimming session prior to the start of the lessons, they may receive a full refund (minus the administration fee). Within the first three weeks of lessons, a prorated refund (minus the administration fee) or credit to the account will be issued. After the completion of the third scheduled lesson, prorated refunds or credits will only be issued with a valid medical certificate.
- Membership Withdrawals: For any memberships over one-month, clients will be charged for the full month in which the withdrawal request is made. They will be withdrawn from the original membership and re-registered for the amount of months they have used, which will result in less of a discount per month. Should a withdrawal request be made due to a temporary medical condition, we will offer to defer the memberships for a period of time with no penalty.
- Rental Cancellations: Any rental cancelled more than a week before the rental date will receive the full refund minus the administration fee. Rentals cancelled within seven days of their rental date will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. Rentals cancelled within 48 hours of their rental date will not receive a refund.
- Point-of-Sale items, 10 Ticket Passes, and one-month memberships are not eligible for refunds.
- Coupons may be given out in lieu of refunds for public swim. The coupon amount (25%, 50% or 100%) will be determined at the time of request based on the entrance time.
