Make sure all your personal information on your account and on each of your kids accounts is current. Has your address changed? Login to make updates to each member of your group.
Know what levels you need:
You can look this information up on the last Progress Card that your child received.
Call Customer Service at 204-346-6207. We will be happy to look this up for you and answer any questions you may have.
If it has been a while since you last registered, and you think your child is beyond the level last taken, please bring your child in for an evaluation during any public swim before registration day. We will recommend the appropriate level for your child and explain the results.
Review the list of available classes and have a few options chosen in the event your first choice is already full.
Have your credit card (Visa or Mastercard) information available so that it can be easily entered during the registration process.
To take advantage of the Resident rate, please ensure you create your online account at least 48 hours prior to registration day. This account will be used for all future registrations.
If you have a child who has taken school lessons since September 2017 and you have NOT created your online account, please call the Aquatic Centre at 204-346-6207 for information on how to link your child's account to your own.
If you already have your account set up and choose to register in-person, you will be required to take a number. Numbers will be called in order.
If you require assistance in creating your account, we invite you to join us at the Aquatic Centre on Registration Day where there will be some computers and staff available to help you.
