Earlier this week, MTI and the City of Steinbach renewed the agreement for the mowing of highway boulevards along PTH 12 and PTH 52 in Steinbach.
It is expected that regular services and boulevard maintenance will resume beginning this week as time and resources permit.

The Eastern Region of Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) and the City of Steinbach have been unable to reconfirm a long-standing agreement for the mowing of boulevards on PTH 12 and PTH 52 within City of Steinbach limits.
MTI will proceed with mowing these boulevard areas within the City according to the Eastern Region of MTI levels of service, unless previously accepted arrangements and levels of service can be restored.
