The City of Steinbach would like to inform the public that there are temporary road closures and delays expected throughout today, Thursday, August 13th, along the following streets to complete asphalt skim coats:

  • A portion of Loewen Boulevard approaching PTH 52 W
  • A portion of Third Street between Barkman Avenue and Reimer Avenue
  • The intersection of Lumber Avenue and First Street

The roads are expected to fully reopen to traffic by the end of the day.

The City thanks all drivers for their patience as this maintenance work is completed, and for following signage and exercising caution when travelling in these areas.
