Happy Thanksgiving, residents!
Please note the following regarding City services for this upcoming long weekend:
Saturday, October 11
Drop off your kitchen and yard waste at the last community compost depots of the year— there are 3 locations throughout Steinbach for your convenience.
The Steinbach Landfill & Waste Diversion facility will be open during winter hours, 9am-4pm.
The Steinbach Aquatic Centre will be open as scheduled (on Sunday, October 12 too).
Thanksgiving Monday, October 13
There will be no garbage and recycling collection, and the Steinbach Aquatic Centre, City Hall, Operations, and Landfill will be closed.
Tuesday, October 14
All City departments will resume regular business hours starting Tuesday, October 14; garbage and recycling collection will resume on Tuesday with Day 4.
