Now you can pre-purchase individual swim admissions for the Steinbach Aquatic Centre online! Admissions are refundable (less convenience fee) or exchangeable up until the start of your swim time. We are not able to offer refund or exchange services after this time.
DON’T FORGET… you need log-on ID and PIN numbers to purchase admissions online. This ID and PIN will be active for all future Rec activity registrations.

This brightly lit and beautifully muraled facility offers over 24,000 sq. ft. of fun, including a junior Olympic pool (6 lanes), 2 water slides, a 1 meter diving board, leisure pool, lazy river, feature sprays, children's water play area, sauna, hot tub, and multi-purpose room. The facility includes accessible single and family changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and coin-operated lockers. Concession machines are available for snacks and beverages.

The outdoor component includes a pool and deck area and, new this year, an outdoor splash park!
Special family rates, annual memberships, swimming lessons, group rentals, lap swim times, aquacise classes, and pool and multipurpose room rentals for birthday parties are available.
Pre-purchase your swim admission on the phone or in-person, Monday through Sunday, during regular pool hours. To pre-purchase admissions for a Saturday, please call the Aquatic Centre by 9 pm the Friday prior and for Sundays, call by 6pm on the Saturday prior.
- Main Contact Name: (address and phone number) of the person who is in charge of your group. Please note that Photo ID (drivers licence, school ID card, etc.) of this person will be required to gain admission.

- Full Payment: is required to hold your swim admission. (Visa or MasterCard are required over the phone. Cash and debit are also accepted in-person.)
- Pre-purchased admissions may be exchanged or refunded up to the start of your swim time. We are not able to offer refund or exchange services after this.
- Photo ID is required for your group to enter the facility. If your swim admission is booked under "John Smith at 123 Main Street," then John Smith of 123 Main Street must bring his photo ID and present it to the staff to gain admission for his group.
- Early entrance is not permitted.
- A set number of swim admissions will be available for both pre-selling and walk-ups (no space for walk-ups are specifically reserved for Spring Break times). All swim admissions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note that all of our regular pool rules apply to our pre-sold swim admissions. Please familiarize yourself with these rules as they are strictly enforced.
- In case of a pool closure, your group will be given a refund based on time of admission or a coupon for a future admission. Please help us keep our facility open by encouraging children to use the toilet prior to swimming and to wait one hour after eating. It's not a myth! Pool foulings are a health hazard to all!
- Children ages 7 and under and those requiring assistance must be within arms reach of a caregiver at all times while in the water.
- For all children ages 8-11 we require an adult (age 14 & up) to be in the facility at all times (Groups and Schools please see Age Requirement chart for caregivers needed on deck).
- Cotton clothing is not permitted in the water. A proper bathing suit must be worn. Swim diapers are required for all those who require diapers. Pool foulings require a 2-18 hour facility shutdown.
- We permit PFDs and lifejackets during public swim and rental times. Swimmers are responsible for bringing their own.
- We encourage all patrons and groups to schedule at least a half-hour break after eating prior to swimming. Please encourage swimmers to use the toilet prior to swimming. Pool foulings require a 2-18 hour facility shutdown.
- This is a Glass Free facility. All glass containers, including baby bottles, will have to be left at the front desk.
- Groups are welcomed and encouraged to pre-purchase their admission to guarantee their entrance. We would like the opportunity to arrange for a supervisor to review rules with your group/school upon your arrival. We may be able to accommodate larger numbers of swimmers with advance notice.
- All rentals must be booked in advance. Please call (204) 346-6207 or email kduncan@steinbach.ca.
- We require payment for all caregivers going into the water as well as those that will be supervising on deck.
- Groups/Schools: If anyone in your group will be using any of the following features, there must be a caregiver/supervisor positioned at the feature and enforcing the posted rules, regardless of the swimmers age: Diving board, Drop Slide, Blue Waterslide, Lazy River, Hot Tub, and Sauna.
- The Lifeguards decision is final! During public swim times the lifeguard's job is to guard the pool and react to any emergency that might arise. Parents and Caregivers/Supervisors are responsible for supervising and monitoring behaviour of children and youth.
- Please note that if these requirements are not met you and/or your group will be denied entrance to the facility. Safety is our primary concern. Thank you!

- The Parks and Recreations Calendars are no longer mailed out. Lesson information can be found under the lesson heading, and the link to each session, or paper copies can be picked up at the pool.

- Please note that our School and Group Caregiver Requirements are strictly adhered to. Any groups or individuals that do not abide by these rules will not be permitted entrance to our facility. Please review the rules listed above titled Rules for Safety or call us at (204) 346-6207.
- To ensure your child is placed in the correct level for swimming lessons, we offer free evaluations during public swim times.
