Rules for Safety & Other Notices
Children ages 7 and under and those requiring assistance must be within arms reach of a caregiver at all times while in the water.
For all children ages 8-11 we require an adult (age 14 & up) to be in the facility at all times (Groups and Schools please see Age Requirement chart for caregivers needed on deck).
Cotton clothing is not permitted in the water. A proper bathing suit must be worn. Swim diapers are required for all those who require diapers. Pool foulings require a 2-18 hour facility shutdown.
We permit PFDs and lifejackets during public swim and rental times. Swimmers are responsible for bringing their own.
We encourage all patrons and groups to schedule at least a half-hour break after eating prior to swimming. Please encourage swimmers to use the toilet prior to swimming. Pool foulings require a 2-18 hour facility shutdown.
This is a Glass Free facility. All glass containers, including baby bottles, will have to be left at the front desk.
Groups are welcomed and encouraged to pre-purchase their admission to guarantee their entrance. We would like the opportunity to arrange for a supervisor to review rules with your group/school upon your arrival. We may be able to accommodate larger numbers of swimmers with advance notice.
We require payment for all caregivers going into the water as well as those that will be supervising on deck.
Groups/Schools: If anyone in your group will be using any of the following features, there must be a caregiver/supervisor positioned at the feature and enforcing the posted rules, regardless of the swimmers age: Diving board, Drop Slide, Blue Waterslide, Lazy River, Hot Tub, and Sauna.
The Lifeguards decision is final! During public swim times the lifeguard's job is to guard the pool and react to any emergency that might arise. Parents and Caregivers/Supervisors are responsible for supervising and monitoring behaviour of children and youth.
Please note that if these requirements are not met you and/or your group will be denied entrance to the facility. Safety is our primary concern. Thank you!
