Receive Your Utility Bill by Email

Go paperless!  When enrolling for this service, you agree to receive an electronic copy of your bill in place of your paper bill. The City of Steinbach will send you an email with a copy of your bill attached. These emails will be sent quarterly at the beginning of each of the following months: February, May, August, and November. 

To register, please complete and submit the form below. Please note if your request is received within two weeks of the normal bill mailing date, this service will commence the following quarter.

Terms and Conditions

The City of Steinbach is not responsible for emails deemed not received.
The privacy and accuracy of my email address is my responsibility.
It is my responsibility to ensure my email filters (ex. junk, spam) allow mail to be received from
utilities@steinbach.ca.
Should my email address become invalid or if I want my bill sent to a different email address, it is my responsibility to contact the City of Steinbach.
If my bill is not paid by the due date, I understand that overdue notices will be sent by regular mail (Canada Post).
I am subject to the standard non-payment procedures and penalties.
If my service address changes, it is my responsibility to notify the City of Steinbach by completing a new application.
If I wish to cancel this service, I will notify the City of Steinbach. Any change or cancellation does not terminate any obligation to the City of Steinbach.
The City of Steinbach reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time.
