View Walking and Biking Information

Located at 330 Park Road E, this brightly lit and beautifully muraled facility offers over 24,000 square feet of fun. This includes a junior Olympic pool (6 lanes), 2 water slides, a 1 meter diving board, leisure pool, lazy river, feature sprays, children's water play area, sauna, hot tub, and multi-purpose room. The outdoor part of the facility includes a pool, deck area, and splash park!

Welcome to the City of Steinbach Youth Recreational Hockey Program!

Our goal is to provide a recreational hockey program whose focus is to provide a non-competitive hockey environment for children ages 7-16 to participate in the game.

Please note: this program is strictly for youth NOT participating in another hockey program, association or league.

Outdoor Rinks

The City of Steinbach maintains two free public outdoor skating rinks during the winter season, weather permitting.

One rink is located by the Southeast Event Centre, on the corner of Barkman Avenue and Elmdale Street, and is for both skating and shinny hockey.

The other outdoor rink is for pleasure skating only, located beside the Jake Epp Library at 255 Elmdale Street.

Note: during the summer, the outdoor rink by the Southeast Event Centre is converted into outdoor volleyball courts.
