The City of Steinbach is pleased to offer recreational opportunities for children this summer. A total of six different summer day camps will be offered over July and August, for children ages 6-12.
Enjoy a full day of family fun activities starting with free admission to MHV and ending with a fireworks finale at the Steinbach Soccer Park!
Kicks off the morning of June 24 for residents, June 25 for open registration & June 26 for Private Lessons registration.
The City is looking for volunteers to assist with handing out cupcakes, glow sticks and other free giveaways from 5-9pm at the Soccer Park on July 1st.

Steinbach is celebrating Canada's Birthday on Tuesday, July 1, 2025!
Canada Day fireworks are set to begin at 10:45pm.
Prime viewing locations for the fireworks will be in the Soccer Park, Southland Church parking lot, L.A. Barkman Park (Abe’s Hill) and along McKenzie Avenue and Bush Farm Road.
Please note for safety reasons, the pathways between Bush Farm Road and the Soccer Park will be unavailable for public use from 8pm - midnight on July 1st.

The City of Stenbach is currently at a Fire Danger Index of LOW (Level 1).
This means that all burning that complies with the City of Steinbach Burning By-Law 2205 is permitted.
Specific restrictions are in place for the different Fire Danger Index Levels to protect the lives and properties of our residents. The City thanks everybody in advance for their cooperation with the restrictions of the current Fire Danger Index Level and with the City’s Burning By-Law.
